ABOUT ME

It all started with Barbie Dolls.  Jenny would spend hours coiffing her Barbie's hair with new haircuts, dye jobs with water color paint, and meticulous styling.  Then they would be propped up in perfect scenery, in unique outfits,  creating a whole magical wonderland.  This was the beginning of Jenny's journey to a creative career.

Jenny attended LIM College to study Fashion and Art.  She then pursued and enjoyed many roles in the fashion and design world.  However, something was missing.  She missed being in control of her own creativity.  Jenny then asked her mom to teach her how to load a Diana 120mm camera.  From this moment on she documented everything- friends, trips around the globe, her first love; NYC, and then her own styled creative shoots.  Independent artists from all over the country were eager to collaborate with Jenny and see how she imagined their image with her distinctive style and approach.

Jenny still felt like her professional career was lacking something and deep down she knew her lifelong dream was to do hair- something she did on the side for years for family and friends.  To make this dream a reality she quit her job as a design assistant and attended the prestigious ARROJO Cosmetology in downtown Manhattan where upon graduation she accepted a position in their rigorous Color Apprentice program.
